Talk Therapy

Provide a safe space to explore difficult emotions, develop self-awareness, and improve overall well-being.

Psychotherapy Session

ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)

Treatment for trauma, depression, and other stress-related conditions. ART involves the use of horizontal eye movements and other techniques to help people rescript traumatic memories.

Speech Therapy Session

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Helps individuals process and resolve distressing memories and experiences, particularly those associated with trauma.

EMDR - Intensive

EMDR therapy that involves extended sessions, typically over several consecutive days, to address and resolve trauma or distressing experiences in a shorter time frame than traditional weekly therapy.

  • I am licensed to practice in both New York State and North Carolina.

  • Yes!  I am  happy to provide both online or in-person therapy sessions.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you ample time to check in, unwind, and relax before our session begins.

  • We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
